  4. En otro apartado más echamos la pechuga de pollo troceada al igual que las gambas peladas.
  5. Mientras se va haciendo podemos abrir los mejillones al vapor. Usaremos algunos con cáscara para poner por arriba y unos cuantos limpios para añadir por el medio
  6. Si le echamos almejas hacemos lo mismo, las abriremos aparte. Las almejas presta más que vayan todas con la cáscara.
  7. En cuanto el pollo esté un poco hecho vamos mezclando todo.
  8. Añadimos las judías verdes troceadas en cachos de unos 3 centímetros y el garrafón.
  9. Añadimos las dos tazas de arroz y freímos durante unos minutos.
  10. Añadimos el caldo de paella, un vaso de vino blanco, el tomate solis, el pimentón dulce y una pizca de sal (al gusto).
  11. Ponemos a cocer a fuego fuerte durante 10 minutos.
  12. Pasado el tiempo añadimos los langostinos, los mejillones y las almejas y bajamos el fuego durante otros diez minutos más.
  13. Vigilar que no se quede sin caldo y que no se pegue. En caso de necesitar más se puede añadir agua o más caldo.
