- Primero cortamos la cebolla en trocitos pequeños, la reservamos
- Después cortamosnla pechuga en tacos tipo bocado salpimentamos, en un plato ponemos harina y una sartén con un poco de aceite y vamos mojando el pollo en la harina cubrimos por todos lados de harina y vamos poniéndolos en la sartén vamos a dorarlos como freírlos pero con poco aceite si falta aceite se le añade y así vamos poniendo toda la sartén llena de trocitos de pollo mojados en la harina
- Una vez doraditos ponemos en un plato y reservamos, en esa misma sartén con el juguito que a soltado la pechuga y ese mismo aceite que nos queda añadimos la cebolla ponemos sal y pochamos un poco después añadimos la lata b de champiñones, damos una vueltas cuando la cebolla esté doradita, añadimos el pollo que habíamos reservado y mezclamos bien con todo después añadimos el orégano y damos otra vueltas

- Por último añadimos la botella de sidra y cuando hierva bajamos un poco el fuego y dejamos que se rehogue y vaya tragando la sidra y vamos moviendo de vez en cuando y cuando casi todo el líquido haya desaparecido, que se quede na más que un poquito para mojar listo nuestro pollo a la sidra acompañado con patatas fritas buenísimo y fácil
