- Marinado
- 400 gr pechuga de pollo troceada
- 1 cucharadita curry
- 1 cucharadita Garam Masala
- 1/2 cucharadita canela
- 1/2 cucharadita comino
- 1 cucharadita jengibre
- 1 cucharadita pimentón
- 1 cucharadita cayena
- 1 cucharadita cúrcuma
- 2 dientes ajo
- Sal
- Aceite de oliva
- Salsa
- 1 cebolla
- 60 gr mantequilla
- 1/4 cucharadita guindilla
- 1 cucharadita Garam Masala
- 2 tomates
- 1 cucharada tomate concentrado
- Cacahuetes
- 1 cucharadita sal
- 1 cucharadita azúcar
- 200 ml leche coco (o nata)
- Acompañamiento
- Espinacas
- Arroz basmati
- Cilantro

- En un bol, marinar los trozos de pollo junto con las especias, el ajo rallado y un poco de sal durante una media hora.


- En una sartén, poner un poco de aceite de oliva y dorar un poco el pollo.
Así se empezarán a liberar los aromas y potenciaremos las especias.
- Cuando esté dorado, lo reservaremos y empezaremos con la salsa.
Para ello, en la misma sartén usada para el pollo pondremos la mantequilla y empezaremos a dorar la cebolla finamente picada junto con la guindilla (sin nos gusta el toque picantito).
- Añadimos otra cucharadita de Garam Masala para reforzar los sabores un poco más, el tomate triturado, el tomate concentrado y una cucharadita de sal y otra de azúcar para quitarle acidez al tomate.
También añadimos unos cacahuetes (o anacardos que sería lo más tradicional).
- Cubrir con agua y añadir un poco nata (o leche de coco) y cocinar unos 15 min.

- Cuando la salsa esté lista, ponerla en un recipiente y triturar todo usando una turmix hasta conseguir una salsa bien sedosa.
- Una vez picada devolverla a la sartén y añadir un poco más de leche de coco y mantequilla y los trozos de pollo reservados.
- Saltear unas espinacas en otra sartén junto con un poco de aceite para incorporarlas como acompañamiento.
- Cocer un poco de arroz basmati también como acompañamiento y añadir un poco de cilantro fresco y unos cacahuetes extras bien picados.
