- Ponemos en un bol toda la mezcla de carne de hígado, blanco todo picado, incorporamos la sal el clavo molido la pimienta la nuez moscada lo mezclamos todo bien, añadimos la ralladura de limón los piñones, incorporamos los huevos lo mezclamos bien

- Ponemos todos los ingredientes para hacer el caldo dejamos que empiece a hervir para ir desespumado y cerramos la olla, cuando empiece a escapar la presión pondremos la olla en el número 2 y dejamos cocinar a fuego medio alto 45 minutos

- Dejamos que se vaya la presión de la olla, sacamos el nabo la chirivía y el apio lo trituramos con un poco del caldo y lo incorporamos a la olla,(ese tipo de verdura en casa no se la comen y es una manera de no tirar a la basura) incorporamos los rellenos cerramos la olla y ponemos la válvula en el número 2 una vez que el pitorro suba hasta arriba contaremos 15 minutos
