Echamos un poco de sal para que vayan soltando su agua. Después añadimos la carne de cerdo, durante unos 5-7 minutos. A continuación el pollo (unos 2-3 minutos) y después las gambas.



- Cuando todo esté a su punto añadimos la salsa de soja y de ostra el el caldo de carne (en el que hemos diluído una cucharada de maizena). Dejamos hervir dos minutos y añadimos un poco de maíz dulce y a continuación el arroz. Removemos un minuto, y si queda seco le añadimos agua o caldo de carne al gusto. Rectificamos de sal
