- Yo siempre echo un poco más de agua que de cous cous, en este caso he puesto 125 gr de cous cous y 150cc de agua.
- Remover para que no se apelmace.
- Para presentar el plato coloca en la base el cuscús, las tiras de pollo y la mezcla de cebolla y pasas por encima. Yo lo he hecho alternando, para que coja todo el sabor, ya como más guste.
