Por último añadimos una cucharada de maicena para espesarla un poco. NOTA: si usáis cebolleta la cortais en juliana muy pequeñita y la sofreís primero antes de incorporarla a la salsa.
  4. Mezclamos la salsa con nuestro pollo y lo cocinamos todo junto durante un par de minutos. Abrimos los panes por la mitad y les ponemos el relleno.
  5. Les colocamos el queso por encima con un poco de orégano y...al horno! Calor por encima y por debajo a 180 grados n la bandeja del medio. Tiempo de cocción 5-10 minutos vigilándolos de cerca!!! Apagar cuando estén doraditos!
