- En una paellera o sartén grande, con un chorrito de aceite, hacemos el árroz hasta que se vaya poniendo un poquito dorado. Lo retiramos en un gran bol.

- A continuación añadimos el pollo y lo mismo, esperamos a que vaya cogiendo color y suelte el agua.

- Dejamos que se vaya haciendo a fuego medio. Añadimos el arroz y el caldo (previamente calentado en un cazo).
