  4. Añadimos una cucharada de pimentón dulce, el jamón troceado, movemos, incorporamos el pollo, el vaso de vino, tapamos y lo dejamos 15 minutos más removiendo de vez en cuando. Yo no le pongo sal porque el jamón ya es salado, lo probamos y si es necesario añadimos.
  5. Las patatas las hago en el horno, las parto en rodajas finas, les pongo sal y pimienta, y un chorro de aceite, 180° 30 minutos. Se las añado al guiso, lo tengo 5 o 10 minutos más y ya estaría listo.😋 ☺
