  2. Cuando los champis hayan expulsado toda el agua, le añadimos la pechuga de pollo cortada a cuadritos. Rehogamos un poco y echamos el arroz.
  3. Dejamos que el arroz se tueste un poco, nada 2 minutos o así.Añadimos el vaso de vino blanco y esperamos a que se reduzca.
  4. Y añadimos el agua 6 vasos, dejamos que se vaya haciendo poco a poco removiendo continuamente para que el almidón del arroz vaya saliendo.
  5. Cuando el arroz esté al punto añadimos un pelín de mantequilla y el queso rallado. Dejamos unos minutos que funda y a comer!!!!
