  2. 2 rodajas piña natural (yo he usado en su jugo)
  3. 4 lonchas un queso suave (yo he usado semicurado)
  4. 1 huevo
  5. 50 g corn flakes sin azúcar
  6. al gusto Perejil y pimienta

Instructions to make to make Sanfitcobo tropical

  1. Precalentamos el horno a 180°C con calor arriba y abajo.
  2. Sacamos 4 filetes de la pechuga de pollo (de grosor similar).
  3. Cortamos una rodaja de piña acoplando a la forma de los filetes de pechuga ya cortados.
  4. Cortamos las lonchas de queso un poco más pequeños que los filetes.
  5. Montamos nuestro sanfitcobo de la siguiente forma: pollo-queso-piña-queso-pollo.
  6. Añadimos los corn flakes, el perejil y el ajo en polvo en una picadora/batidora, lo trituramos lo justo para quede bien crujiente después y lo colocamos en un plato hondo.
    En otro plato hondo batimos el huevo.
  7. Empanamos en el siguiente orden: corn flakes-huevo-corn flakes.
    Colocamos nuestro sanfitcobo en la bandeja de horno con papel de horno.
  8. Horneamos a 180º durante 30 minutos o hasta que esté doradito. Y listos!!
