- Normalmente el pollo se hace cocido. Pero yo lo hice a la plancha salpimentado y luego lo deshebré e incorporé a la salsa para guisar unos minutos. En paralelo cuece la patata y el arroz. Será tu guarnición. Decora con cilantro o lo que tengas equivalente si no tienes.
