  6. Ahora preparamos las arepas: ponemos un puñado de harina en un bol e ir añadiendo agua templada y un poco de sal, ir amasando hasta que quede una masa húmeda y pegajosa, dejarla reposar 5-10 minutos.
  7. Vamos haciendo bolas de la masa con las manos, las aplastamos con un rodillo o con las manos, que queden finitas.
  8. En sartén antihaderente poner unas gotitas de aceite, ponemos las arepas y dejamos unos 5 minutos por cada lado hasta que se hagan.
  9. Servimos las arepas por un lado y el relleno por otro para que cada uno se las rellene a su gusto.
