  8. Una vez los fideos absorban el caldo comprobar que estén cocinados y bien de sal, de lo contrario echar más caldo hasta que reduzca y quede con el sabor y textura deseadas.
  9. Dejar reposar unos minutos y emplatar, muy importante acompañar de un buen alioli casero.
