  3. Incorporamos a la sartén los dados de pollo, removemos y agregamos el vino blanco y la hoja de laurel. Dejamos cocinar a fuego medio hasta que el alcohol se evapore.
  4. Incorporamos los fideos y cocinamos, sin parar de remover dos minutos. En este momento vamos agregando el caldo de pollo, vaso a vaso, es decir, echamos un vaso, removemos y cuando veamos que se está consumiendo el caldo agregamos otro vaso, y así sucesivamente.
  5. En caso de que no se tenga caldo de pollo, usar agua y una pastilla de caldo de pollo.
  6. Cuándo estén casi hechos los fideos, echamos un par de cucharaditas de colorante alimenticio y dejamos cocinar hasta que los fideos hayan adquirido la textura que os guste. Retiramos del fuego, dejamos que repose un par de minutos, mientras se pone la mesa, y emplatamos. Bon appétit!!!
