  2. 2° Una vez las pechugas estén hechas por ambas caras, las apartamos en un plato con papel absorbente y las cortamos en tiras de un grosor no muy ancho. Reservamos.
  3. 3° Comenzamos con la salsa: 1° Ponemos en un cazo los 2 vasos de agua una vez rompa a hervir, agregamos medio vaso de vinagre y medio vaso de azúcar (ajustar al gusto de cada un@ en este paso ya que partimos en la receta de un vaso de cada ingrediente como máximo), añadimos 4 rodajas de limón y dejamos cocinar a fuego lento 5 minutos.
  4. 4° - 2° paso de la salsa: Mientras estamos cocinando a fuego lento lo que tenemos en el cazo, preparamos en un vaso 3 cucharadas soperas de maizena y llenamos el vaso de agua, removemos bien y cuando hayan pasado los 5minutos de cocinado...añadimos al cazo junto con la mezcla anterior y dejamos que hierva durante 2-3minutos.
  5. 5° Una vez tenemos la salsa con textura, solo tenemos que verterla (al gusto) sobre las pechugas y ya tendremos nuestro plato!!
