- Retiramos el pollo de la marinada y lo colocamos en la sartén, dejamos 4-5 minutos de cada lado hasta que veamos que el pollo está casi hecho.

- Bajamos el fuego, añadimos la marinada, la cebolla sobre el pollo y alrededor, encima del pollo el jamón, luego el queso y por último la piña, que cada trozo de pollo quede totalmente cubierto.

- Tapamos la sartén y dejamos cocinar para que el queso derrita y espese la salsa, cuando el queso derrita un poco removemos la salsa de alrededor para que no se pegue. Cuando veamos la salsa con cuerpo, listo.
- Servimos caliente con la guarnición elegida.
