  6. Le damos unos minutos al arroz mientras yo caliento el caldo antes de ponerlo. Una vez caliente lo echamos a la sartén que cubra bien todo y añadimos sal y lo dejamos el tiempo que requiera el arroz suele ser 15-20 minutos. Cuidado que no se quede sin caldo antes de hacerse, entonces se añade más caldo o agua.
  7. Cuando el arroz este casi hecho o hecho picamos un diente de ajo y mezclamos con el zumo de medio limón. Lo añadimos al arroz,movemos, probamos de sal, retiramos del fuego y dejamos reposar tapado unos 5-10 minutos... Listo!!
