  1. Necesitamos una olla con vaporera
  2. Poner en la olla la carne que vayamos a poner, la cebolla co y los clavos pinchados, el comino, el pimentón, el tomate y y las pastillas de caldo, el nabo y las zanahorias cortado en rodajas gruesas.
  3. Poner al fuego y colocar encima la vaporera, untar con mantequilla y echar el cous - cous, tapar.
  4. Ir removiendo la sémola con un tenedor de palo y mojandola un poco con el caldo. Si se cuece antes de terminar retiraremos la vaporera y seguiremos con la cocción del resto
  5. Con una espumadera iremos sacando los ingredientes y los iremos poniendo en el plato junto con el cous cous acompañar con unas pasas(opcional)

  7. Mientras pelar y cortar la calabaza y el calabacín también en rodajas gruesas
  8. A media cocción añadir la calabaza y el calabacín, los garbanzos se escurren, se lavan y se añaden 10min antes de apagar el fuego
