  3. Momento de cocinarlos al vapor. En Thermomix echaremos unos 600-700 gr de agua en el vaso y colocamos los dos rulos de pollo en la bandeja del Varoma. Programamos 30 minutos, Temperatura Varoma y Velocidad 1.

    Sin Thermomix habrá que usar una vaporera o poner una cazuela con agua o caldo y colocamos dentro los rollos de pollo. Tapamos bien la olla y cocemos durante 1 hora y media. En ambos casos esperamos a que se enfríe para poder retirar el plástico.
