- 1 tarrina queso philadelfia
- 4 filetes Pechugas de pollo o contramuslos de pollo asado. (Yo utilicé un contramuslo y medio para hacerlos)
- Aceite de oliva virgen extra
- Sal
- 2 cucharaditas curry en polvo

- Lo primero que vamos a preparar, serán los contramuslos que yo los tenía asados y los aproveché. De igual manera tú puedes usar pechuga de pollo a la plancha, como 4 filetes. Desmenuzamos los contramuslos en un bol. Con ayuda de una tijera.
- Ponerlos la sartén al fuego, con el aceite de oliva e incorporamos el pollo desmenuzado. No lo tenemos que sofreír mucho, ya que lo teníamos asado. Echamos las 2 cucharaditas de curry en polvo, removemos bien para que vaya cogiendo su color.
- Agregamos la tarrina de queso philadelfia, y dejamos que se vaya deshaciendo lentamente. Echamos una pizca de sal, removemos bien hasta que veamos que haya quedado cremoso.
- Retiramos del fuego, y lo añadimos a un cuenco para que se enfríe. Tapamos con film, e introducimos al frigorífico mínimo 4 horas. Sacamos y empezamos a montar nuestros sándwiches. Y listos estarían, a comer.
