  1. Ponemos un chorro de aceite en la olla exprés y añadimos los pimientos y la cebolla en cuadraditos.Cuando estén casi hechos añadimos el ajo troceado.Una vez doradito añadimos los champiñones escurridos.Mezclamos y los tenemos un par de minutos.
  2. Añadimos la carne.Ponemos sal al gusto y removemos con la cuchara hasta quitarle el crudo.Añadimos los guisantes y el tomate.
  3. Ponemos agua hasta que quede cubierto y añadimos un poco de sal si fuera necesario.Tapamos y dejamos la olla 10 minutos desde que sale el vapor.Si tenéis el fuego al máximo, cuando salga el vapor, es mejor que lo bajéis a la mitad para evitar que el tomate se agarre.
