  3. Cortamos el pollo en tiras finas, sazonamos y salteamos a fuego fuerte. Cuando este casi hecho, echamos las especias y reservamos.
  4. En la misma sartén, pero a fuego bajo, pochamos la cebolla.
  5. Cuando esté transparente añadimos las pasas, el pollo, la miel y si hace falta más especias.
  6. Sofreímos todo junto durante un par de minutos y rectificamos de sal y especias.
  7. Emplatamos con un buen trozo de calabaza asada, la sémola, y el pollo por encima. Nosotros hemos congelado la mitad del pollo para otro día :)
